Edna Mae Washington Park is a 28.99-acre park located north of I-10 East and next to the J.D. Walker Community Center. This recreational area is named after Edna Mae Washington, who was a long-time resident and community leader in the area. Park has traditional park amenities including a 0.7-mile lighted jogging trail, a multi-functional green space, a full-sized lighted basketball pavilion, and an equestrian area.

Splash Pad

Kids will enjoy cooling down in Spray Park. The splash pad is open from the first Saturday in April through the last Saturday in October from 9 am to 8 pm.
