The Veterans Memorial Park is nestled in the center of the busy Eastex/ Jensen neighborhood. The park was built to honor and commemorate the sacrifice of the American armed forces in the Second World War. There are a number of benches and well-maintained lawns making this spot great for a couple of hours of relaxation and some fresh air.
